Graphi Studio Cloud Leatherette

I'm in the process of ordering a couple albums with Graphistudio and was wondering if anyone here has used them before. I've received the sample albums from them, everything looks great, but when I use their software the images look extremely pixelated.The images I'm using are full res images and there's absolutely nothing wrong with the files themselves but the images in both the Graphistudio software and the preview slideshow look awful.Any ideas what I'm doing wrong or is it a fault with Graphistudio themselves?ThanksChris.
